Before arranging for the translation of all of the above, please make sure that the certified translator is duly approved to certify translations by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, as this is the only entity responsible for their qualification and suitability
The figure of certified translator is essential here as he/she is in charge of attesting to the content of the original document, and he/she will be providing you with an accurate rendering of the original version in English.
You will also need to think of the Notary Public you will be using; most people select him/her depending on how near his/her office is. But this is something which is totally up to you. The Notary Public will be in charge of arranging the testate/intestate proceeding in your name. Although you may wish to hire the services of a Solicitor to make sure everything is done in the best possible way, particularly if you are not familiar with the process.
